The ask: Develop a communications and brand plan for a division undergoing the transition from acquisitive to organic growth. A specific focus was centered on galvanizing the Specialty Catalysts division of Grace around the common goal of organic growth through the launch of a thoughtful, visually consistent multi-touchpoint internal campaign.
Delivered: An organization-wide communications plan, including the design development of the campaign's look and feel. Built out corresponding collateral, crafted message points for Global Town Halls, and wrote keynote speeches for senior leadership's Global Sales Summit. Maintained brand messaging and continuity as the company was acquired, and new leadership took the helm.
